How to Use

How to Make Water Kefir:

Prepare Sugar Water: Dissolve sugar in water (preferably non-chlorinated) and let it cool to room temperature.

Add Kefir Grains: Add approximately 3 tablespoons (around 150 grams) of water kefir grains to the sugar water.

Ferment: Cover the jar with a breathable cloth or lid and let it ferment at room temperature (20-24°C) for 24-72 hours, depending on your taste preference and room temperature.

Strain and Flavor: Once fermentation is complete, strain the water kefir to remove the grains, reserving them for future batches. You can now flavor your kefir with fruits, herbs, or spices before bottling.

Store: Bottle the flavored kefir and refrigerate. The grains can be reused to start a new batch.
